We're Celebrating National Taco Day with a Little Friendly Competition

 

National Taco Day is Friday, October 4th, and we're paying tribute to one of our favorite dishes all weekend long in celebration. Each of our culinary teams at each location has prepared their very own taco special that will run only from Friday, October 4th - Sunday, October 6th.

Here is what each location is serving:

Ballard: Prime Rib Tacos - Flour tortillas, prime rib, roasted onions and peppers, horseradish crema, au jus

Boise: BBQ Pork Tacos - Grilled flour tortillas, pulled pork carnitas, BBQ sauce, grilled pineapple, cabbage slaw, chipotle garlic mayo

Denver: Rocky Mountain Tacos - Corn tortillas, elk steak, Palisade peach salsa, hatch chiles

East Portland: East Burnside Al Pastor - Corn tortillas, thinly shaved pork Al Pastor, pineapple, chimichurri, pickled onions, radish, cilantro

Meridian: Caballero Tacos - Flour tortillas, Carne Asada, fried potatoes, tomato, jalapeños, cilantro crema, Monterey Jack

NW Portland: Al Pastor Tacos - Corn tortillas, pineapple and citrus-marinated pork Al Pastor, jalapeños, chipotle spice, white onion, pico de gallo, cilantro, house-made pineapple aioli

Redmond: Jambalaya Tacos - Flour tortillas, cajun-spiced andouille sausage, shrimp, and chicken, bell pepper, achiote-chile rice, pickled okra, garlic crema, cilantro, queso fresco

Tacoma: BBQ Chicken Tacos - Flour tortillas, chipotle mayo, grilled chicken, house-made BBQ sauce, bacon, serrano cabbage, onion straws

West Seattle: Argentinian Turkey Tacos - Flour tortillas, ground turkey, chimichurri, fried poblano, garlic crema, pico de gallo, cilantro
